1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RashiByte ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RashiByte provides Vedic astrology chart generation, analysis, and related services based on traditional Hindu astrological principles ("Jyotish"). Our calculations are derived from classical texts including Brihat Parasara Hora Sastra (BPHS).

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by RashiByte and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RashiByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Paid Services & Refunds

• Payments for premium reports and analyses are non-refundable once the report has been generated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
